No, there are absolutely no limits. With The Designs Factory(TDF), you can submit as many design requests as you need. We’ll work on them one by one in the order they’re received, and you can also request unlimited revisions until you’re fully satisfied.

For bigger projects such as UI/UX, website, or mobile app design, we break the work into smaller, manageable tasks and deliver them step by step. This ensures consistent progress, faster feedback, and higher quality results. Depending on the scope, we may also provide a project timeline so you know exactly when to expect each stage. All larger requests are still covered under your subscription—you just keep submitting tasks until the full project is complete.

Our team works with industry-standard design tools to match your needs. For UI/UX and digital product design, we primarily use Figma. For branding, illustrations, and graphics, we use Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, and CorelDRAW. If you have a specific file format or tool preference, just let us know, and we’ll deliver in the format that works best for you.

Requesting a design is simple and hassle-free. Once you’re subscribed, you can submit your design requests through our Trello dashboard. Just provide the details of what you need, like the type of design, text, images, and any style preferences, and our team will start working on it. You can track progress, give feedback, and request revisions directly until it’s perfect.

Most designs are delivered within 24–36 hours. For UI/UX and mobile app designs, delivery may take 36–48 hours due to the extra detail involved.

While we handle most design requests, we cannot support content that is illegal, offensive, or violates copyright. Other than that, if you have a specific requirement, just reach out and we’ll guide you on what’s possible.

We do not offer refunds. However, if a design isn’t delivered on the committed time, we will continue working with you until your project is completed to your satisfaction.
